Joseph has served in diverse roles within the Supply Chain Management function over his 30 years working experience. He is currently the Acting Head of Supply Chain for Dannex Ayrton Starwin Plc.

Prior to this, he served as Head of Logistics for Ayrton Drugs Manufacturing Limited, overseeing Inventory, Supply Planning, Procurement, and Engineering Services. Joseph also worked in Unilever Ghana Limited for 25years, where he was responsible for executing Capital Expenditure Projects, Managing Utilities, Enforcing Engineering Standards, driving focused improvements in the Manufacturing and Engineering functions.

Joseph holds a Masters of Science in Strategic Supply Chain Management from the University of Roehampton, UK. He is also a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply, UK.
