Dannex, Ayrton, and Starwin pharmaceutical companies today donated pharmaceutical products worth GHS20,000 to the Kaneshie polyclinic as part of the company’s corporate social responsibilities.
The three companies who are in the process of coming together to form one giant manufacturing company also conducted some cleanup and fumigation exercise at the facility.
The Chief Corporate Affairs Officer for the three pharmaceuticals companies, Kwasi Yirenkyi said the gesture is their way of giving back to society.
“We are neighbours to the Kaneshie polyclinic and in case of an emergency, this will be our first point of call. The clinic faces a lot of challenges and for us, it is natural that we will come in to offer any sort of assistance that we can to be able to make the environment a bit more conducive for patient care. Dannex, Aryton, and Starwin; three local pharmaceutical companies are in the process of coming together to create one giant manufacturing company. So this is one way that we can also give back to the community as we prepare to embark on this our journey”.
